I just received my copy of "The Everyday Gourmet", today, and am SO impressed at what tasty looking recipes can be made from ho-hum storage foods! Before Y2K, I got a few other (much smaller) cookbooks to use storage foods. This book beats all the others by a country mile! Anyhow, better late than never.....I still have a lot of storage foods all ready to go, in case of emergency. This book will be just the ticket to some very interesting meals. — Jo Ann D.
