COMMENT: The Islambouli brigades have declared an all out war in each region of Russia where their cells are located. Concurrent with events unfolding in Moscow, the release of the Zawahiri tape two days prior to the anniversary of 911, along with Islamic postings of homicide bombers, seems to indicate a "go" signal has been given. The tape is obviously being checked for imbedded codes but the presentation of the tape at this time speaks for itself.

But this morning, this particular post caught my attention in a big way. The post reads as follows (translated into English from the original Arabic): The distractions are going well. The Americans are chasing those with video cameras believing them to be terrorists. That permits us to do our preparations undetected. My brother your idea for people to draw attention to themselves with cameras was excellent. Earlier this summer, we reported a posting from an Arabic language board called "Summer of the Jihad Tourists", which suggested ways that tourists could participate in jihad. There were also postings on Arabic language boards directed to Muslims in America, calling upon them to behave suspiciously as often as possible. One of the posts went so far as to advise people "if you are traveling, and can take a route near a nuclear power plant or a water treatment facility or any other building of that nature, stop and take photographs or video tape. The police cannot be everywhere. If they are watching you then they may not be watching our real projects." The poster went on to tell people that because they would not be breaking the law, they would not get into trouble. My question is this. What are we missing? It sounds very much as if we are seeing these methods in action. Obviously Al Qaeda is using tactics of misdirection and disinformation. What is their real target? www.HomelandSecurityUS.com .

COMMENT: America's Oil Industry under siege. With oil at $50/barrel and the continual upward projection of $70-120/barrel, America is under siege even now. Those who stand to benefit the most from bring America standstill are incredibly well-financed and very savvy in international in the world oil production. The on-going events in TX are anonymous warning of the gas stations throughout the U.S. that are in great peril of concurrent detonations. The majority of true terrorist attacks are taking place right before our eyes as the economy of the U.S. continues to be attacked. I expect that we will see increasing refineries, pipelines, and natural gas storage facilities have "anomalous events" as this attack progresses to culmination (the entire shutdown of all air transportation, vehicle and truck traffic.) America is going to be brought to a standstill.

COMMENT: Italy has raised its terror alerts at all international airports in anticipation of the expiration of the deadline issued by al-Qaeda for Italy to withdraw its 3000 troops or face attacks on Rome. Coincidentally the Vatican itself has become the target of choice. Concerning Athens, specific drawings on terrorist websites show aircraft crashing into Olympic stadium. Much of the terrorists' literature indicates assassinations will take place prior to or concurrent with aircraft attacks.

COMMENT: Based on multiple sources, it appears that oil refineries and central oil distribution hubs are top terrorist priorities. With escalating fuel prices and arguments among OPEC members (primarily Saudi Arabia about increasing oil shipments to the West), it is being stated that the next 30-60 days are the most vulnerable for our oil-based economy. In conjunction with the above, it appears that Venezuela under Castro's tutelage, is prepared to cut off oil shipments to the U.S. Chavez has already synchronized his actions with various Mideastern terror groups. I am still in the process of verifying the locations of which nuclear power plants on the East Coast are under or have been under red alert.

COMMENT: LAX sustained a total electrical blackout according to the AP. It affected all radar, radios and telephones disabling air traffic controllers' ability to communicate with aircraft. Power was out for several hours and air traffic is snarled in the area. Additionally, a blackout hit the western side of the Las Vegas strip. Saturday night saw the Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing and other electronic makers being hit by a sudden power cut to them almost exclusively. This multi-day power outage cost Taiwan US$50 million. It appears that very sophisticated computer programs in the hands of terrorists are being implemented. Heads up for further power outages, locally and internationally.

COMMENT: Concurrent with Easter/Passover weekend, all of the events taken in light of the declarations of al-Zarqawi and other Jihad spokesmen, they are absolutely mocking the U.S.'s ability to understand that we are under full-fledged terrorist attacks now. By going after refineries, chemical plants, railroad tracks, airplanes and the forest products industries, they intend to bring the U.S. to its economic knees no later than Fall. Their stated intentions are to capitalize on the current drought in the U.S. and compound problems associated with drought by tampering with water sources, pipelines, and forests. Based on al-Zarqawi's statements of the past 72 hours, attacks are to take place concurrently in Israel, European cities of choices. Specially mentioned locations include London, Rome, Tel Aviv and select American targets in the U.S.

COMMENT: Based on an emergency meeting called by Steven Brill, the terrorists are on record as stating that prior to a WMD attack, US news media will be alerted ahead of time. This is very telling regarding the amount of effort being spent to notify news media so their attacks can garner widest coverage. Concerning the elaborate manhunt for Abu Kahbab — he is believed to be have already come into the US via Mexico. Abu Kahbab is known for having trained al-Qaeda in NBC attacks.

COMMENT: Due to the volume of intel regarding hijacked aircraft headed for the US, it should be expected that all flights from foreign ports may be cancelled at a moment's notice. The primary targets could be attacked via air or from ground-based terrorist groups. The recurring theme in all communications is the simultaneous destruction of cities in multiple attacks using non-conventional weapons and suicide bombers throughout the country. Concerning the nuclear weapons labs, it is being stated that certain terrorist organizations have been given the keys to these facilities in order to expedite their destruction. Hospitals have been notified across the country to prepare for massive influx of patients and to go to "red alert" immediately. The Biblis nuclear plant in Germany is a target which was supposed to be destroyed by a hijacked Lufthansa airplane.

COMMENT: DoD sources have indicated FOUR 5-man teams in possession of cargo aircraft headed for previously noted targets: the White House, the Pentagon and speculation of the NY Stock Exchange. Additionally, US counter-terrorism units are specifically concerned with radio-controlled model aircraft being used as a platform to disperse biologicals over target cities. Several U.S. military gunships were spotted chasing RC aircraft on Dec. 20. In the last 48 hours, actual photographs of suitcase nukes have shown up on "disappearing" Jihad websites. Developing. . . COMMENT: Based on current intelligence, it appears that the attack on NYC will be weapons-grade anthrax dispersed to intentionally disrupt the city to a maximum degree. Las Vegas: it is stated specifically that a major cable network will be tipped off to cover this explosion. Casualties are expected to be enormous forcing people to flee from the attacked cities. D.C. is continually singled out as a recipient of a suitcase nuke (fission weapon), not a radiological nuke (dirty bomb). Another American city is being targeted though not specifically named. Based on previous intel, it appears that Los Angeles is the most likely candidate.
