Seoul. Terrorists threatened to destroy Seoul if south Korea does not pull out its contingent from Iraq, RIA Novosti announced referring to the Chinese Sinhua agency. The warning has been uploaded at an Islamic Internet site. South Korea has seven days to pull its forces out of Iraq or we will set Seoul on fire and turn it into ruins, the annoouncement of the faction Battalion of Hamud al-Masri stated. The same fraction made a similar ultimatum to the authorities in Seoul in which it gave them two weeks to pull its forces out of Iraq. According to the south Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs, the faction Battalion of Hamud al-Masri is part of the Al-Qaeda’s network in southeastern Asia. South Korean contingent in Iraq comprises 2,800 servicemen and additional 800 will join them this week.
